EPISODE TWELVE
SPLATOBERFEST
Nashville, Tennessee — Saturday, October 3rd, 2026
[NASHVILLE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM - BROADCAST OPEN]
The opening visual did not fade gently onto television screens—it exploded.
A concussive barrage of crimson, amber, and deep violet pyrotechnics detonated across the massive steel entrance truss, shaking the structural girders of the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. Over twelve thousand roaring fans packed the arena to the rafters, a sea of handmade signs, flashing foam fingers, and glowing lightsticks rippling under the crisscrossing spotlights. Suspended directly above the twenty-foot square ring, bathed in the sinister glow of down-firing red halogen lights, hung the massive steel cage—a towering, unforgiving grid of cold chain link and reinforced iron beams waiting ominously for later in the evening.
Pounding through the arena sound system with relentless, heart-racing adrenaline came the official theme song of Splatoberfest: "Decotora15" by LiSA (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvFFBxoxqJo). The driving J-Rock guitar riffs and thunderous bassline whipped the Nashville crowd into a deafening fever pitch as the camera swooped down from the catwalk, sweeping across the sea of screaming fans before pushing in tight toward the ringside broadcast position.
Sitting behind the black-and-gold broadcast desk in a tailored dark gray suit, veteran announcer Biff Franklin adjusted his headset, a massive grin splitting his weathered face.
Biff Franklin: "Welcome, wrestling fans across the globe, to the grandest spectacle of the autumn season! We are coming to you LIVE from Music City—Nashville, Tennessee—for the historic, groundbreaking extravaganza known as SPLATOBERFEST! Months of grueling competition, cross-country tours, bitter blood feuds, and championship aspirations have brought eighteen of the finest athletes on planet Earth to this building tonight. History will be written, gold will find its rightful masters, and when the dust settles in Nashville, the landscape of Splat! Wrestling will never be the same again!"
Biff paused, turning with a warm, genuine smile to the empty chair beside him, which was now occupied by a fresh, vibrant, and strikingly youthful presence.
Biff Franklin: "Now, ladies and gentlemen, following the controversial events in Washington, D.C. that resulted in the termination of Seo Hyung Kwon from our broadcast team, Splat! Wrestling management promised you a new voice. A voice with deep roots in this business, unvarnished honesty, and an undeniable passion for professional wrestling. Standing at just fourteen years old—turning fifteen this December—please join me in welcoming my brand-new color commentary partner... LEINA DEBAILLION!"
The Nashville crowd erupted in a generous round of applause as the camera framed Leina sitting proudly beside Biff. Dressed in a sleek streetwear bomber jacket, customized high-tops, and oversized broadcast headphones over her dark hair, Leina practically vibrated with youthful energy and razor-sharp attitude. She tapped her microphone, grinning widely into the camera.
Leina Debaillion: "What’s up, Nashville! Man, look at this damn crowd—it is absolutely insane in here! I’ve been sitting in catering for three hours just waiting for this show to start, and honestly, if anyone thinks I’m gonna sugarcoat a single thing tonight, you've got another thing coming! We're about to see some people get their absolute asses [BLEEP] kicked!"
Biff's eyebrows shot up toward his hairline, though he couldn't help but chuckle heartily into his microphone as the red light on the broadcast delay monitor flashed.
Biff Franklin: "Whoa, whoa, easy on the language, partner! Remember, we are broadcast worldwide into family living rooms! But I love the fire, Leina, and I know how much tonight means to you personally."
Leina Debaillion: "My bad, Biff! My bad! Look, I'm working on the filter, okay? But you can't blame me for being hyped! Tonight is literally the biggest night of the year. And yeah, I'm not gonna lie—my mom, Danni Anderson, is walking into that ring in just a few minutes to make history, and Uncle Gabby—GT—is in that crazy scramble match later. So yeah, maybe I’ve got some favorites! But inside these ropes? Respect has gotta be earned with fists, suplexes, and sweat. And every single person on this card is putting their entire career on the line!"
Biff Franklin: "You said it, Leina. Every single division is on display tonight, and every single bout has monumental stakes. Let's run down the card for this historic evening!"
The massive digital scoreboard above the ring flashed to life, displaying high-definition graphics for the evening's lineup as Biff and Leina broke down the matches in sequence:
Biff Franklin: "Kicking things off in our opening contest, the culmination of the grueling, multi-week Grand Prix tournament! It is the Superstar Championship Tournament Finale! The bubbly 'Guardian of Love and Justice' Danni Anderson goes one-on-one with the ruthlessly athletic Nikki Payne to crown the inaugural Superstar Champion of Splat! Wrestling!"
Leina Debaillion: "My mom has been training three times a day for this exact moment. Nikki Payne is dangerous, she’s sneaky, and she hits hard as hell, but Danni has the heart of a champion. That opener is gonna set this entire building on fire!"
Biff Franklin: "From there, the race for the newly minted championship continues in our second bout! It will be a Superstar Championship Number-One Contender Fatal Four-Way! Four elite veterans—Aaron 'Scarface' Snyder, Mark 'The Dragon' Cross, Max Ironside, and the ferocious Amber Payne—will battle in a one-fall-to-a-finish war. The victor walks away with a guaranteed future championship match!"
Leina Debaillion: "Four absolute killers in one ring at the same time. Aaron is a tactical genius, Mark brings that old-school veteran grit, Max is impossible to break down, and Amber Payne might honestly be the toughest woman walking the earth right now. Nobody is leaving that match without a few bruises!"
Biff Franklin: "Next up, history will be made in the Shooting Star Division! For the first time ever, the Shooting Star Championship will be awarded in a high-octane Four-Way Tornado-Style Elimination Match! There are NO tags! All four competitors—AYA, 'It Girl' Taylor Landry, 'The Intellectual Assassin' Binka Moab, and the self-proclaimed 'Blonde, Bratty, and Better' Felicia Atherton—will be legal simultaneously! When you are pinned or submitted, you are eliminated, until only one woman remains standing as champion!"
Leina Debaillion: "Tornado rules means pure, unadulterated chaos, Biff. AYA has those lethal kickboxing strikes, Taylor can fly from anywhere, Binka's submissions will snap your limbs, and Felicia... well, Felicia talks a ton of trash, but she backs it up on the mat. That match is going to be a total car crash in the best way possible."
Biff Franklin: "And the contendership drama doesn't stop there! In our fourth contest, five of our fastest-rising competitors step into a 30-Minute Five-Way Scramble Match to determine the next challenger for the Rising Star Championship! Keylla Munoz-Atherton, GT, 'JoeStar' Stanton, the undefeated Pennsylvania powerhouse Clayton Halliburton, and Ashley 'The Menace' Ellis! Pinfalls and submissions can happen at any time, but only the competitor who holds the FINAL fall when the thirty-minute clock expires will be named the number-one contender!"
Leina Debaillion: "Scramble rules are pure mental warfare. You can score three pins in twenty minutes, but if you get caught with five seconds left on the clock, you lose everything. Watch out for GT—Uncle Gabby has that Heartless crew behind him, and Clayton Halliburton has been wrestling like an absolute psycho lately!"
Biff Franklin: "Also tonight, our esteemed General Manager Madoka Kawada will step into the ring for a monumental corporate announcement regarding the future of tag team competition in Splat! Wrestling!"
Leina Debaillion: "I heard some rumors backstage about how those teams are gonna be picked, and believe me, it is going to shake up the entire locker room!"
Biff Franklin: "And then... the structure lowers."
A dramatic, heavy camera shot cut upward to the menacing black steel cage hanging overhead, the metal chains rattling subtly against the arena roof.
Biff Franklin: "In our semi-main event, a rivalry drenched in animosity, betrayal, and violence will be settled inside the confines of a Steel Cage! Poema Tua versus ONNA! There will be no countouts, no disqualifications, and no escape from vengeance! And let us remind our viewers: Madoka Kawada has issued a strict executive decree that if former commentator Seo Hyung Kwon attempts to approach ringside, security will handcuff her directly to the steel cage to ensure zero outside interference!"
Leina Debaillion: "ONNA stole Poema’s victories with Kwon’s help. Poema has been waiting months to get ONNA locked inside four walls with nowhere to run. That is not going to be a wrestling match, Biff. That is going to be a straight-up bloodbath."
Biff Franklin: "And finally... our MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING."
The graphics shifted to the gold-and-silver faceplate of the Rising Star Championship belt, flanked by the stoic, focused portrait of Charlie Foxtrot and the unhinged, chaotic smirk of Kimberly Hart.
Biff Franklin: "For the Rising Star Championship, it will be a grueling, barbaric 30-Minute Ironperson Match! The reigning, chaotic champion Kimberly Hart defends against the resilient leader of The Street 'Runners, Charlie Foxtrot! Thirty uninterrupted minutes on the clock. The competitor who scores the most falls will walk out of Nashville as the undisputed Rising Star Champion!"
Leina Debaillion: "Charlie has overcome so much outside the ring, and he showed in New York that he can out-grapple Kimberly when the pressure is on. But Kimberly is totally unhinged and completely unpredictable. Thirty minutes of pure endurance against someone who fights dirty? Charlie's gonna have to dig deeper than he ever has in his life."
The camera panned back out to the center of the arena as the house lights abruptly dimmed, replaced by swirling magenta and bright gold spotlights sweeping across the entrance stage.
Down in the ring, standing under the bright glare of the overhead lighting beside a velvet-draped pedestal holding the gleaming, pristine Superstar Championship belt, stood ring announcer Mia Rivera in an elegant emerald-green evening gown, microphone raised to her lips.
Biff Franklin: "The stage is set! The titles are polished! The athletes are ready! Nashville, Tennessee... IT IS TIME FOR SPLATOBERFEST!"
Leina Debaillion: "Let's get this party started!"
The arena fell into a breathless, anticipatory hush as Mia Rivera prepared to announce the competitors for our historic opening championship contest...
Narrator:The Superstar Championship has been vacant for months.
So Splat! Wrestling created a tournament designed to test the very best: a round-robin battle where every victory mattered, every loss carried consequences, and no competitor could afford to slow down.
Mark Cross brought experience. Aaron Snyder brought ruthless precision. Max Ironside brought discipline and consistency. Amber Payne brought power, pride, and determination.
But when the points were counted, two competitors rose above the rest.
Nikki Payne fought her way to the top of the standings, proving that ambition can be just as dangerous as experience. Across from her stands Danni Anderson—the Guardian of Love and Justice—who refused to be eliminated, refused to stay down, and clawed her way into the final match.
At Splatoberfest, the tournament ends.
Danni Anderson and Nikki Payne will meet in the finale, with the vacant Superstar Championship hanging above them. Friendship, respect, and every hard-fought point will be forgotten when the bell rings.
One match.
One championship.
One Superstar.

MATCH ONE: SUPERSTAR CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT FINALE
Best 2-of-3 Falls Match
Danni Anderson vs. Nikki Payne
The arena lights shifted from the ambient purple wash to a brilliant, sparkling curtain of magenta and silver beams that danced across the entrance ramp. The opening notes of Danni Anderson’s high-energy, bubblegum-pop entrance theme pumped through the Nashville Municipal Auditorium sound system, and the crowd of twelve thousand went immediately ballistic.
Mia Rivera: "The following contest is the TOURNAMENT FINALE scheduled for BEST TWO-OF-THREE FALLS, and it is for the vacant SPLAT! WRESTLING SUPERSTAR CHAMPIONSHIP!"
The roar from the crowd intensified as Danni Anderson bounded out through the curtain. She wore shimmering pink-and-white ring gear with silver holographic fringe along the boots, her blonde ponytail swinging with every energetic jump. She slapped hands with every fan hanging over the guardrail, flashing her trademark wide, radiant smile, but beneath the bubbly exterior, her dark eyes were laser-focused on the ring.
Mia Rivera: "Introducing first, from Charlotte, North Carolina... standing five feet, two inches tall and weighing in at one hundred and seventeen pounds... the Guardian of Love and Justice... DANNI ANDERSON!"
Biff Franklin: "Look at the emotion on Danni Anderson’s face, Leina! She has traveled the globe, fought through every round of this grueling Grand Prix, and now stands three falls away from the crowning achievement of her career."
Leina Debaillion: "I'm not gonna lie, my heart is beating out of my chest right now, Biff! My mom has worked her entire life for this. She's been in the gym since five in the morning every single day. She knows how good Nikki Payne is, but nobody—and I mean nobody—has more heart than Danni!"
Danni vaulted up onto the ring apron, climbed the turnbuckle, and threw both hands into the air as the fans showered her with cheers. She leaped down into the center of the ring, dropping into a warm-up split before bouncing back to her feet, blowing kisses to the crowd, and finally locking her eyes on the entrance stage.
The music cut out, replaced instantly by the strutting, bass-heavy urban beat of Nikki Payne’s theme.
Nikki strode through the curtain dressed in sleek, metallic violet-and-black gear with feathered epaulets across her shoulders. Tall, athletic, and brimming with unshakeable confidence, she smirked at the mixed reaction of cheers and boos, adjusting her custom entrance vest before sauntering down the ramp with total swagger.
Mia Rivera: "And her opponent, from Tampa, Florida... standing five feet, nine inches tall and weighing in at one hundred and twenty pounds... NIKKI PAYNE!"
Biff Franklin: "Nikki Payne has led this tournament from day one. She holds victories over top talent across this company, she is seven inches taller than her opponent, and she possesses an uncanny instinct for seizing the big moment."
Leina Debaillion: "Nikki talks a lot of trash, and she’s got that stuck-up 'Ms. Popular' attitude that makes you wanna punch her in the face, but she’s damn good in the ring. You can’t take that away from her. This is going to be a straight-up war."
Nikki stepped through the ropes, bypassed Mia Rivera with a dismissive wave of her hand, and climbed the opposite turnbuckle, posing with one arm outstretched while soaking in the arena's energy. She dropped to the canvas and leaned against the corner pad, chewing gum and locking eyes with Danni across the ring.
In the center of the ring, Senior Referee Dan Jacobs took the pristine, gold-plated Superstar Championship from its velvet pedestal and hoisted it high above his head. The championship plates gleamed under the arena floodlights, drawing a collective gasp and roar from the Nashville faithful. Jacobs presented the title to each woman in turn. Danni pressed her hand to her heart, her breath catching as she stared at the prize; Nikki simply smirked, tapping the side of her temple as if to say the belt was already hers.
Jacobs handed the belt out to ringside, called for the bell, and pointed to both corners.
*DING! DING! DING!*
FALL ONE
TIME: 0:00
The bell sounded, and the atmosphere in the Nashville Municipal Auditorium instantly transformed from festive excitement to thick, breathless tension.
Both women circled each other in the center of the canvas, their boots scuffing the crisp white mat. Danni stayed low, bouncing lightly on her toes to stay mobile, while Nikki stood tall, using her long reach to establish distance. They locked up in a collar-and-elbow tie-up, and Nikki immediately used her seven-inch height advantage to shove Danni backward into the turnbuckles.
Nikki gave a clean break, but not without stepping into Danni's space and tapping her lightly on the nose with an arrogant grin.
Leina Debaillion: "See that? Nikki’s already trying to get inside my mom’s head. But Danni doesn't get rattled that easy."
They locked up a second time. Danni slipped instantly under Nikki’s outstretched arm, grabbing a tight waistlock. Nikki countered with a sharp standing switch, transitioning seamlessly into a side headlock. Danni pushed Nikki off into the ropes; Nikki rebounded with a thunderous shoulder tackle that took Danni off her feet.
Nikki hit the ropes again, sprinting over Danni as she dropped flat, then hurdled as Danni executed a textbook leapfrog. On the third rebound, Danni planted both feet, leaped into the air, and caught Nikki with a lightning-quick arm drag, sending her sprawling across the canvas. Before Nikki could reset, Danni snapped off a second deep arm drag, grounded Nikki with a side headlock takeover, and clamped down with all her weight.
The crowd erupted in applause as Danni held the advantage.
Biff Franklin: "Sensational counter-wrestling by Danni Anderson! She neutralized the size differential immediately by taking Nikki down to the mat where height doesn't matter!"
Nikki grimaced, her long legs thrashing as she searched for leverage. She managed to roll Danni onto her shoulders for a quick count:
Dan Jacobs: "ONE!"
Danni kicked out effortlessly, maintaining the headlock. Nikki pushed herself up onto one knee, drove three sharp kidney shots into Danni's midsection, and backed Danni into the ropes. On the rebound, Nikki threw a stiff forearm that cracked against Danni’s jaw, followed by a vicious European uppercut that forced Danni into the corner.
Nikki charged in, looking for a corner splash, but Danni vaulted straight up onto the middle turnbuckle, rotated backward over Nikki's shoulders, and landed on her feet behind her. As Nikki turned around, Danni caught her with a spinning back kick to the ribs, followed immediately by her signature Crack Shoot—a crisp, airborne front-flip heel kick that caught Nikki flush across the crown of the head!
Nikki stumbled backward, clutching her head, and Danni seized the moment. Sprinting to the ropes, Danni springboarded off the middle strand, wrapping her legs around Nikki's neck in mid-air to execute the Flower Hurricane hurricanrana! Nikki was whipped across the ring, crashing heavily against the canvas!
Leina Debaillion: "LET'S GO! Beautiful execution! Cover her, Mom, cover her!"
Danni hooked both of Nikki’s legs in a deep cradle!
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO—"
Nikki kicked out violently at two and a half, rolling away toward the ropes with wide, startled eyes.
Biff Franklin: "What a blistering sequence! Danni Anderson is pushing the pace at maximum velocity!"
Nikki pulled herself up by the ropes, visibly frustrated by how quickly Danni had seized momentum. As Danni approached, Nikki lashed out with a stinging open-hand strike across Danni’s cheek, followed by a swift knee lift directly into the breadbasket. With Danni bent forward gasping for air, Nikki grabbed her by the waistband and hoisted her up, driving her into the canvas with a bone-jarring Face Smash reverse STO!
Nikki didn't go for the pin. Instead, she mounted Danni’s back, driving heavy crossfaces across the bridge of Danni’s nose before locking in a grounded chinlock, digging her knee directly between Danni’s shoulder blades.
TIME: 07:15
The Nashville crowd rallied behind Danni, clapping rhythmically and chanting her name. Danni gritted her teeth, her arms trembling as she fought against the suffocating hold. Slowly, inch by inch, Danni rose to her feet, carrying Nikki's weight. Danni backed up forcefully, driving Nikki back-first into the turnbuckles once, twice, and a third time until the grip broke.
Danni spun around and unleashed a rapid-fire flurry of chops and forearms across Nikki's chest, leaving red welts against the skin. Danni backed up, charged forward, and delivered the Big-Bada-BOOM—a thumping spinning knee strike right against Nikki's collarbone!
Nikki slumped in the corner, dazed. Danni climbed to the second rope, fired up the crowd, and unleashed a barrage of mounted punches:
The Crowd: "ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR! FIVE! SIX! SEVEN! EIGHT! NINE—"
Nikki slipped underneath on the tenth punch, hoisted Danni onto her shoulders in an electric chair position, and violently dropped forward, driving Danni face-first into the top turnbuckle pad! Danni rebounded off the turnbuckle and collapsed in the center of the ring, clutching her neck.
Nikki grabbed Danni by the hair, dragging her to her feet and setting up for the Cheer Drop (Cross Rhodes). She hooked the arm and began the rotation—but Danni twisted her body with incredible agility, floating through the spin, landing behind Nikki, and hooking her head into the SPARKLY Asai DDT!
*CRACK!*
Nikki’s head slammed violently into the canvas, her legs kicking out straight before she lay motionless.
Biff Franklin: "SPARKLY! Danni hit the Asai DDT out of nowhere!"
Leina Debaillion: "CLIMB THE ROPES! GO FOR THE DREAM, MOM!"
Danni didn't hesitate. Adrenaline surging through her veins, she sprinted to the corner, scrambled up the turnbuckles with supernatural speed, perched on the top rope, and launched herself backward into the stratosphere.
Her body rotated twice in an unbelievable blur of pink, white, and silver—the A.D.H.D. (Altitude Drop Heaven's Dream) double-rotation moonsault!
*BOOOOOOM!*
Danni crashed down across Nikki’s torso with pinpoint accuracy! The impact blew the air out of Nikki’s lungs. Danni hooked both legs, burying her shoulder deep into Nikki's chest!
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO! THREE!"
*DING! DING!*
Mia Rivera: "The winner of the FIRST FALL... DANNI ANDERSON!"
Biff Franklin: "Danni Anderson draws first blood in Music City! What an astonishing aerial display!"
Leina Debaillion: "THAT’S MY MOM! That is how you execute a double-rotation moonsault, ladies and gentlemen! One fall down, one to go!"
FALL TWO
TIME: 10:45
Referee Dan Jacobs signaled the mandatory thirty-second rest period between falls. Danni sat back against the ropes, breathing heavily but looking confident and composed, wiping sweat from her forehead. Across the ring, Nikki Payne was coughing on her hands and knees, staring at the canvas in utter disbelief.
Nikki slapped the mat hard with an open palm, furious with herself. She pulled herself up using the ring ropes, glaring daggers across the ring at Danni. When Dan Jacobs called for the second fall to begin, Nikki didn't wait.
*DING! DING!*
The instant the bell rang, Nikki charged across the ring like a guided missile, blindsiding Danni with a running big boot that knocked Danni clean out through the middle ropes and onto the ringside floor!
Biff Franklin: "A brutal, explosive start to the second fall by Nikki Payne!"
Leina Debaillion: "Hey! That was totally uncalled for—wait, no, it's legal, but damn it, she didn't even let my mom reset!"
Nikki slid out to the floor after Danni. Grabbing Danni by her blonde ponytail, Nikki whipped her hard toward the steel barricade. Danni leaped up onto the rail with cat-like balance, turned around, and leaped back toward Nikki with a flying crossbody—but Nikki caught Danni in mid-air! With immense upper-body power, Nikki spun Danni around and drove her spine directly into the hard ring post with a sickening thud!
Danni cried out in pain, slumping onto the thin protective matting outside.
Biff Franklin: "Nikki Payne has completely shifted her strategy! She is targeting the back and the neck of Danni Anderson, looking to ground the high-flyer permanently!"
Nikki rolled Danni into the ring and slid in after her, dropping a heavy knee across Danni’s lower back. She hooked Danni’s leg for a quick cover:
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO—"
Danni kicked out, but the impact had clearly taken a toll. Danni clutched her lower back, her face contorting in agony.
Nikki wasted no time. She pulled Danni up, locked her arms around Danni's waist, and arched backward with terrifying power, delivering a vicious Snap Dragon Suplex! Danni was dumped high on her neck and shoulders, bouncing off the canvas like a ragdoll!
Leina Debaillion: "Mom! Get up, Mom, please!"
Nikki didn't go for the pin. Her eyes were cold, calculating, and ruthless. She grabbed Danni’s arms, pulling her up into a seated position, and delivered a series of stiff kicks directly into Danni's spine. Each impact echoed through the auditorium, drawing loud boos from the Nashville crowd.
TIME: 16:30
Nikki hoisted Danni to her feet, hooking both arms for the Cheer Drop. She spun Danni around, and this time, the move connected cleanly—driving Danni’s head into the canvas!
Nikki rolled Danni over and hooked the far leg, throwing her head back in triumph:
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO—"
Danni kicked out at two and nine-tenths!
The Nashville crowd erupted in a deafening roar. Nikki sat up, her eyes wide with shock, staring down at Danni, who was clawing at the canvas, refusing to stay down.
Biff Franklin: "What incredible resilience from Danni Anderson! She survived the Snap Dragon and the Cheer Drop, but she is running on pure fighting spirit right now!"
Nikki shook her head in frustration. She grabbed Danni by the throat, pulling her up to the top turnbuckle. Nikki climbed up to the second rope, setting Danni up for a devastating superplex. But Danni fought back! With the crowd roaring behind her, Danni drove desperate right hands into Nikki’s ribs.
Danni threw a sharp headbutt that stunned Nikki, followed by a series of open-hand palm strikes. Danni shoved Nikki off the ropes; Nikki landed on her feet in the center of the ring, but Danni immediately stood on the top turnbuckle and launched herself forward with the Power Dunk—a flying, diving Supergirl punch right between Nikki's eyes!
*SMACK!*
Nikki was knocked flat on her back! Danni collapsed beside her, both women completely spent.
TIME: 19:40
The referee began his double ten-count as the entire auditorium stood on their feet:
Dan Jacobs: "ONE!... TWO!... THREE!... FOUR!... FIVE!..."
At six, both women began crawling toward opposite sets of ropes. At eight, they pulled themselves to their feet, trading exhausted, heavy forearm strikes in the center of the ring.
*THUD!* (Danni forearms Nikki)
The Crowd: "YAAAAY!"
*THUD!* (Nikki forearms Danni)
The Crowd: "BOOOOO!"
*THUD!* "YAAAAY!"
*THUD!* "BOOOOO!"
Danni ducked under a wild right hand from Nikki and went for the Pink Sugar (Arm) Attack (La Mistica), attempting to whip around Nikki's shoulders to trap the arm—but Nikki anticipated the move! As Danni spun around, Nikki caught her by the waist, shoved Danni forcefully against the ropes, and as Danni rebounded, Nikki sprang into the air, driving both knees straight into Danni’s face with her devastating finisher—DISMEMBERED!
*CRACKKKK!*
Danni's head snapped back, and she collapsed in a heap in the middle of the ring. Nikki immediately collapsed on top of her, hooking both legs!
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO! THREE!"
*DING! DING!*
Mia Rivera: "The winner of the SECOND FALL... NIKKI PAYNE!"
Biff Franklin: "Nikki Payne evens the score! We are TIED at one fall apiece!"
Leina Debaillion: "Damn it! That knee strike is lethal. Danni took all of that flush to the jaw... she looks totally out of it!"
FALL THREE
TIME: 22:15
The tension in the Nashville Municipal Auditorium was so thick it could be cut with a knife.
The second thirty-second intermission felt agonizingly short. Danni lay in the corner, her chest heaving as the ringside medic and referee checked on her responsiveness. She waved them off with a shaky hand, using the turnbuckle ropes to pull herself upright. Her jaw was swollen, and a thin trickle of blood leaked from her lower lip, but her eyes burned with undeniable, stubborn defiance.
Across the ring, Nikki Payne stood in her corner, chest glistening with sweat, her hands gripping the top rope as she paced like a caged predator.
Dan Jacobs verified that both competitors were ready, stepped between them, and signaled to the timekeeper.
**DING! DING!* *
The deciding fall was underway.
The two women met in the center of the ring. There were no lockups, no feeling-out holds, and no wasted motion. They traded brutal, rapid strikes with everything left in their tanks. Danni threw spinning backfists and palm strikes; Nikki answered with stiff chops and European uppercuts.
Nikki whipped Danni into the ropes, but Danni dropped down, swept Nikki’s legs out from under her, and rolled into a lightning-fast jackknife pin!
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO—"
Nikki kicked out! Both scrambled to their feet. Nikki swung with a vicious lariat; Danni ducked, slid between Nikki’s legs, and hoisted Nikki into a bridging German suplex!
Dan Jacobs: "ONE! TWO—"
Nikki bridged out at two and a half!
Biff Franklin: "Counter after counter! Neither woman is willing to yield an inch! The inaugural Superstar Championship is on the line!"
TIME: 26:00
Nikki fired off a jumping roundhouse kick, but Danni caught the foot! Danni spun Nikki around and hit a picture-perfect Stars-a-Dancing sitout facebuster! Nikki bounced off the canvas, screaming in pain as she clutched her face. Danni immediately transitioned, locking her legs around Nikki’s torso and wrenching back on the right arm, looking for the Pink Sugar (Arm) Attack submission in the middle of the ring!
Nikki’s eyes bulged with panic. She was trapped in the dead center of the canvas, miles away from the ropes. Danni wrenched back with everything she had, screaming in exertion.
Leina Debaillion: "SHE’S GOT IT! SHE’S GOT THE SUBMISSION LOCKED IN! TAP OUT, NIKKI! TAP OUT!"
Biff Franklin: "Nikki Payne is in immense trouble! The pressure on the shoulder and elbow joint is extreme! Dan Jacobs is in position—Nikki’s hand is hovering over the canvas!"
Nikki’s fingers fluttered inches above the mat. She shook her head violently, tears of agony welling in her eyes as the Nashville crowd roared for the submission. Nikki was fading fast, her shoulders sinking down, her resistance crumbling.
Then, from out of nowhere, a figure appeared at the top of the ramp.
Striding down the aisle with total urgency was Nikki’s sister—Amber Payne.
Amber didn't jump into the ring. She sprinted down to ringside and slammed both hands against the ring apron, shouting at the top of her lungs:
Amber Payne: "NIKKI! GET TO THE ROPES! DON'T YOU DARE GIVE UP! MOVE YOUR LEGS, NIKKI!"
The sudden pounding on the apron and the sharp shout broke Danni’s focus for a split second. Danni’s eyes flicked toward the ropes, her grip loosening by a fraction of an inch. That fraction of an inch was all Nikki needed.
With a desperate burst of adrenaline, Nikki lunged forward with her free arm, barely scraping the bottom ring rope with the tips of her fingers!
Dan Jacobs: "ROPE BREAK! ONE! TWO! THREE! FOUR!"
Danni released the hold cleanly, raising her hands to show the referee. The Nashville crowd booed Amber's presence at ringside, but Amber remained on the floor with her hands held up innocently, looking at Dan Jacobs.
Biff Franklin: "Amber Payne is at ringside! She hasn't touched anybody, but her voice gave Nikki the lifeline she needed to survive!"
Leina Debaillion: "What the hell is Amber doing out here?! This was supposed to be one-on-one! She’s trying to mess with my mom’s head!"
Danni didn't let the distraction consume her. She pulled Nikki away from the ropes by her feet, dragged her toward the corner, and began climbing the turnbuckles once more. The crowd rose to their feet, sensing the end. Danni stood perched on the top rope, preparing for a second A.D.H.D. double-rotation moonsault to seal the championship.
Amber Payne casually walked along the apron toward Danni’s corner, shouting up at Dan Jacobs:
Amber Payne: "Ref! Check her boot! She's got illegal tape on her boot!"
Dan Jacobs immediately turned his attention to Amber, shouting at her to back away from the apron:
Dan Jacobs: "Amber! Get down from the apron right now! I'm warning you—back off or you're out of here!"
With Jacobs' back completely turned as he argued with Amber, Nikki Payne suddenly reached up and grabbed the top rope, shaking it with violent force!
The vibration snapped the tension out from under Danni's feet! Danni lost her footing, slipped, and crashed groin-first across the top turnbuckle with a sickening thud!
Leina Debaillion: "HEY! Nikki shook the ropes while the ref wasn't looking! REF! LOOK AT HER!"
Danni was stranded on the top turnbuckle, groaning in agony. While Dan Jacobs was still occupied escorting Amber away from the apron on the far side of the ring, Amber suddenly pointed past Jacobs toward the opposite side of the arena, shouting:
Amber Payne: "Look out, someone threw something into the ring!"
Jacobs turned his head to look where Amber pointed.
In that exact split second of total blindness, Amber reached behind Jacobs' back, grabbed Danni by her blonde ponytail from under the bottom turnbuckle, and violently yanked her downward!
Danni’s throat snapped brutally across the top steel ring rope in a vicious hangman maneuver!
*SNAP!*
Danni choked, clutching her throat as she tumbled backward off the turnbuckle and crashed helplessly onto the canvas in the center of the ring!
Biff Franklin: "CHEAP SHOT! Amber Payne just choked Danni Anderson across the top rope, and Dan Jacobs never saw a thing!"
Leina Debaillion: "YOU DIRTY [BLEEP]! THAT IS BULL**[BLEEP]**! DAN, TURN AROUND! SHE CHEATED!"
Jacobs turned back to the center of the ring, seeing Danni sprawled out on the canvas and Nikki Payne staggering to her feet.
Nikki’s eyes locked onto Danni’s defenseless body. A wicked, arrogant smirk curled across Nikki’s bruised face. She didn't hesitate. Nikki sprinted forward, leaped into the air with lethal precision, and drove the point of her knee directly into the side of Danni’s unprotected temple with a concussive Ugly Shot jumping thrust kick!
*THWACKKK!*
Danni’s head bounced violently off the mat. She was completely, utterly unconscious.
Nikki dropped to her knees, hooked Danni's far leg with both arms, buried her face against Danni’s shoulder, and used all her body weight to keep Danni down!
Dan Jacobs slid into position, his hand slapping the canvas:
Dan Jacobs: "ONE!..."
Leina Debaillion stood up at the commentary desk, screaming at the top of her lungs: "KICK OUT, MOM! KICK OUT!"
Dan Jacobs: "TWO!..."
Danni’s fingers twitched against the mat, but her body had nothing left to give.
Dan Jacobs: "THREE!"
*DING! DING! DING!*
Mia Rivera: "Ladies and gentlemen... the winner of the THIRD AND DECIDING FALL... and the INAUGURAL SPLAT! WRESTLING SUPERSTAR CHAMPION... NIKKI PAYNE!"
A deafening chorus of furious boos, jeers, and angry shouts echoed throughout the Nashville Municipal Auditorium. The arena floor rumbled under the stamping feet of twelve thousand outraged fans.
Biff Franklin: "It is over! Nikki Payne has captured the Superstar Championship, but at what cost?! A calculated, despicable ambush orchestrated by the Payne sisters has stolen the crowning moment from Danni Anderson!"
Leina Debaillion: (tearing off her headset momentarily, slamming her hands on the broadcast desk) "This is absolute garbage! My mom had that match won! Amber cheated! They both cheated! Look at them—they're disgusting!"
In the center of the ring, Amber Payne slid under the bottom rope, a sinister, triumphant grin plastered across her face. Dan Jacobs, completely unaware of the foul play, handed the glittering Superstar Championship belt to Nikki Payne.
Nikki fell to her knees, clutching the gold title against her chest, laughing hysterically. Amber grabbed Nikki by the shoulders, pulling her up into a fierce embrace. The two sisters raised their arms together in the center of the ring, turning to sneer directly at the hostile crowd.
Nikki pointed down at Danni Anderson, who was slowly beginning to stir on the canvas, clutching her throat and coughing in total devastation.
Amber stepped forward, placed the sole of her wrestling boot directly on Danni’s chest, and posed triumphantly while Nikki hoisted the Superstar Championship high into the air above Danni’s fallen body.
The crowd pelted the ring with crumpled paper cups and boos, but the Payne sisters only laughed louder. Nikki held the microphone up to her mouth, shouting over the deafening jeers:
Nikki Payne: "Cry about it, Nashville! The Payne Sisters run this company now!"
Amber kicked Danni's arm away with total contempt as the two sisters backed up the ramp, arms linked around the gleaming championship belt, soaking in the vitriol of the entire building.
Down in the ring, Danni Anderson pushed herself up onto her hands and knees. Her hair was disheveled, tears of frustration and physical agony mixing with the sweat on her face. She looked up at the ramp where Nikki and Amber were gloating, her jaw trembling with heartbreak—but as she pulled herself up against the ropes, her tear-stained eyes locked onto Nikki Payne with a fierce, burning, unbreakable defiance.
Biff Franklin: "Danni Anderson’s heart has been broken tonight in Nashville, but the war between Danni Anderson and the Payne sisters has only just begun!"

BACKSTAGE: PLAN OF ATTACK
[NASHVILLE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM - BACKSTAGE CORRIDOR]
Far away from the roar of the arena bowl, the backstage labyrinth of the Nashville Municipal Auditorium grew dim and cavernous. In a secluded, poorly lit service corridor choked with road cases, tangled cables, and discarded staging equipment, “The Demented Livewire” Eddie Boom leaned back against the rough concrete wall, watching the hallway with cold anticipation.
Standing beside him in the shadows, “The Jar of Hearts” Antonio Cruz held a smartphone pressed tightly against his ear, his jaw clenched so hard the muscle visibly twitched. On the other end of the line was the boss of La Familia Empire—Matteo Piazza.
Antonio Cruz: “Yeah, okay, got it.”
Matteo’s voice came crackling through the receiver, heavily disguised by a voice-activation device that filtered every syllable through a flat, robotic, android-like drone.
Matteo Piazza: (through disguised phone) “Ya better not fail me this time, Antonio, or else. And Eddie too.”
A cold chill ran down Antonio’s spine. He swallowed hard, taking his boss's threat with absolute seriousness. He knew intimately what that “or else” entailed when it came from Matteo Piazza.
Antonio slowly let out a trembling breath, forcing his voice to stay level.
Antonio Cruz: “Yes, Boss, I understand.”
Matteo Piazza: “Good. Now get to work.”
The call disconnected with a sharp, abrupt click.
Antonio slowly lowered the phone from his ear, exhaling through parted lips. Beside him, Eddie shifted his weight off the concrete wall and draped an arm casually across Antonio’s shoulders, his dark eyes glittering with amused curiosity.
Eddie Boom: “I’ve never seen you quiver like that.”
Antonio shook his head sharply, trying to snap himself out of the lingering dread. He straightened his posture, rolled his shoulders, and looked over at Eddie.
Antonio Cruz: “Nonsense, I’ll be alright.”
Eddie’s face softened with a quiet, affectionate smile. He tilted his head sideways, resting it gently against Antonio’s shoulder. For a fleeting second, the guard dropped; Antonio shifted, resting his own head against The Demented Livewire’s for a quiet moment of complicated warmth.
Then, just as quickly, reality took over. Antonio pulled himself away, clearing his throat to regain his composure.
Antonio Cruz: “Oh stop. We have shit to do to take out Foxtrot and his circus of clowns.”
Eddie’s soft smile instantly warped back into a wicked, twisted smirk. He let out a low chuckle, his knuckles popping in sequence as he cracked his fists.
Eddie Boom: “You’re right, but you gotta admit, this brings us closer together just like the good ol’ days when we were a couple.”
Antonio looked away, a faint flush of embarrassment crossing his features. Turning on his booted heels, he began marching down the long concrete corridor, waving a dismissive hand back over his shoulder.
Antonio Cruz: “Yeah yeah, don’t get soft on me now, Eddie.”
Eddie Boom: “Alright, fine. Business first to take out Foxtrot.”
Eddie laughed quietly under his breath. He reached down into the shadows beside an old speaker cabinet, wrapping his fingers around the neck of his sparkling signature black guitar. Hoisting the heavy instrument over his shoulder like a weapon primed for battle, Eddie strutted down the hallway, following Antonio into the darkness.
BACKSTAGE: THE TIME OF THE JOESTAR
[NASHVILLE MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM - BACKSTAGE CONCOURSE]
The camera cut back through the buzzing backstage hallways of the arena, settling on Joseph “JoeStar” Stanton. Dressed in his crisp ring gear with black wrist tape wound tight around his hands, JoeStar paced back and forth across the concrete floor, rolling his shoulders and breathing with deliberate, rhythmic focus.
On the giant video screens hanging inside the arena bowl, his image prompted a roar of energetic cheers from the Nashville faithful. JoeStar nodded to himself, completely locked in.
"Hey, JoeStar!"
A sharp, familiar voice cut through the hum of the concourse.
JoeStar stopped in his tracks, turning around. Stepping into view was his cousin, the sharply dressed, impeccably styled “Pretty” Ricky Stanton. The second Ricky’s designer sunglasses and smug million-dollar smile hit the monitors, the arena crowd erupted into a chorus of boos.
Ricky didn't seem to care in the slightest, spreading his manicured hands wide with theatrical flair.
Pretty Ricky Stanton: “Hey, man! I just want to say... WOW. You are really doing your thing out here, Young Squire!”
Ricky stepped forward and gave JoeStar an enthusiastic, paternal clap on the back.
Pretty Ricky Stanton: “And look at you now—you’re in the Number One Contender’s Scramble tonight! Look, because you’re family, because you’re my cousin, I want to offer you a little help out there with Stanton Enterpri—”
JoeStar Stanton: “PAUSE.”
JoeStar raised a firm hand, reaching up with calm deliberation to peel Ricky’s fingers off his shoulder and push them away.
JoeStar Stanton: “Look, Ricky... I need to say this, because it truly needs to be said. I fought my damn way back to this point to earn another shot. I did this. Not antics. Not outside interference. Not money. Not corporate influence... ME.”
Ricky raised his eyebrows, tilting his head back slightly, but JoeStar stepped closer, his dark eyes ablaze with genuine fire.
JoeStar Stanton: “And I get it. Believe me, I do. I watched your matches ever since I was a little kid, back when you and my pops were tearing up the road together. I wished I could’ve been there to see it all in real time, but pops kept that life hidden from me. And you know what? I get that too. Pops wanted something better for me. He wanted stability.”
JoeStar paused, tapping the center of his chest with a clenched fist.
JoeStar Stanton: “But fate still decided that I belong inside a squared circle. This ring. And trust me, cousin... THIS IS MY RING!”
The Nashville audience roared their approval through the walls.
