The official opening video of Mile High AMMO begins the show. "Bullet The Blue Sky" by Sepultura starts playing for the first 8 seconds of the track, and then it automatically skips to the hook.
During the first eight seconds of the song, different Mile High superstars performing their finishers are shown in slow motion with a black and white color scheme.

"Never Back Down” by CFO$ begins playing throughout the arena. Lilly Trace walks up to the ramp, freezes for a moment while scaling the crowd with her eyes. Then she throws a Mano cornuta sign in the air, and energically walks down the ramp before getting into the ring.

Lilly leans through the ropes to throw her arms into the air for a huge crowd cheer, to which she starts shaking her head immitating a rockstar on a stage with her long blonde/black hair.

Mosh walks towards the ring as he just ignores the crowd. He walks up the stairs, he jumps over the top rope as he turns in the middle of the ring.

Mosh quickly runs at Trace with a forearm shot, as the fans boo. Trace wobbles back to her feet and Mosh puts a thumb down, as he looks out at the Chicago crowd.
Mosh connects his signature Superkick right into Trace's jaw as she crumbles to her knees!!
Mosh grabs Trace by the head and looks around at the crowd again with a smirk on his face. Mosh pulls her back up to her feet and finishes her off with his Moshplex!!!
